All designs, campaigns, strategies, content, and software developed by us remain the intellectual property of MPSK Media Group unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not replicate, resell, or distribute the materials without written consent.

Client-provided content remains the property of the client, but the client grants us the right to use such materials for service delivery and portfolio showcasing.

We respect your confidentiality and expect the same in return. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential business or project-related information to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Kraft Media will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or reputation
Issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., ad account suspension, downtime)
Delays or failures resulting from acts beyond our control (force majeure)
 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

You breach any of these Terms
Payments are overdue
Your conduct is deemed unlawful or harmful to our reputation or operations
 

Clients may terminate ongoing services with prior written notice (usually 15 days), subject to completion of all dues.

We may use third-party tools (like Meta, Google, CRM platforms, etc.) to deliver services. You acknowledge that use of such platforms is governed by their own terms, and Kraft Media is not responsible for their actions or changes in policies.

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of our site materials is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
